If you are receiving USD in the United States, you typically have the option to receive your funds via Venmo. If you select this option, Reimbi will prompt you for the phone number associated with your Venmo account and then will confirm this number via an SMS code. This validates that you have access to the phone number, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the phone number you provide is the number associated with your Venmo account.
In most cases, once your reimbursement/payout is approved, Reimbi sends the funds the same or next business day. If you have opted in to receive notifications, you'll receive an "approved" notification when your request is approved and a "paid" notification when the payout is issued.
On rare occasions we experience a delay of a day or two with Venmo, but Reimbi's objective is to issue all approved payouts within 2 business days of approval.
