For customers (companies using Reimbi's services):
- You can request deletion by submitting a support ticket to support@reimbi.com. Include the name and email of the requester.
For requesters (people whose expenses are being reimbursed):
- You can request deletion through the customer (the company that invited you to use Reimbi)
- You can contact Reimbi directly at support@reimbi.com with a ticket directing that you want your data deleted.
Note that some financial transaction data must be retained for 7 years according to our records retention schedule even after a deletion request. This is for regulatory compliance purposes. Any data unrelated to financial transactions can be deleted at the customer's or requester's instruction.
