Requesters and Payees

If you are requesting reimbursement or receiving a direct payout, you will receive an invitation email from Reimbi. This is sent immediately after the company you are working with creates your account in Reimbi. 

Occasionally the invitation email will go into your spam/junk folder so you may need to check there is you don't find the email in your Inbox.

After you complete your first login your account becomes "Active". As long as your account is active you will log in to Reimbi by going to https://app.reimbi.com/ and entering the email address used initially to sign into Reimbi. Reimbi will then send you a "Magic Link" email so you can complete your login. No password needed!

Staff Users

Staff users also receive an invitation email to use Reimbi when added to Reimbi. Staff users will create a password for subsequent logins to https://app.reimbi.com/

If you company uses a SSO solution that has been configured with Reimbi then you will login via your company's SSO solution.
