Activating Your Reimbi Account

Audience: Requesters, Company


Account Types

Reimbi helps companies reimburse job candidates and other non-employees for expenses. Users of Reimbi are:

Companies 

The organization offering reimbursement of expenses. The individuals processing reimbursements hold Staff User accounts, and may or may not have Company Admin privileges.

Requesters 

The job candidates or non-employees who are requesting reimbursement. These individuals hold Requester accounts.


Activation

Requesters are added to Reimbi by the Company. The Staff User at the Company enters the Requester's email address when adding the them to Reimbi. Reimbi then sends an invitation email to the Requester immediately. 


The Requester can click the Create Profile link in the invitation email and go to https://app.reimbi.com/. Here, they will enter the email address associated with their Reimbi profile. A 'magic link' email will be sent to the Requester to log them into their account.


Note: New Requesters can only be added by the Company. Reimbi Support cannot add new Requesters.
